Claudia has been teaching for over 40 years, she specializes in the anatomy and training clients to understand their bodies so they get the maximum results. She is a professional dance instructor, AFAA certified which includes Turbo Kick Boxing, Weight Lifting and Step Aerobics, Zumba Instructor, and certified through Lagree Fitness and Wundabar Pilates which incorporates the ballet barre, jump board and pilates chair.
She is a fun-loving, high energy instructor who continues to coach and train people of all ages offering personalized instruction for beginners and advanced students She loves fitness and performing arts and continues to be a positive force in the community. As a private trainer, she enhances any on-going fitness program you are currently on by giving you the knowledge, understanding and awareness of the anatomy of your body to ensure you attain the best results possible for your goal,

What to expect?
Our classes are 40 minutes long and focus on correct form and body alignment while kicking your muscles into overdrive.
Are private sessions right for you?
All of our private sessions are customized to fit each individual client. Private sessions give you time to focus on the areas you want while learning correct body alignment.
Worried about injuries?
Pilates is great for rehabilitating a wide range of pain like sciatica, arthritis, back, shoulder, or knee injuries. We always recommend working one on one in private sessions to really focus attention to conditioning and strengthening your injury.
As a courtesy to other members, please cancel 12 hours prior to the start of class. All cancellations less than 12 hours prior to start of class will result in a $15 late fee. A fee of $25 will be charged for those who fail to call or cancel prior to class.
All personal training and private pilates sessions must be cancelled 24 hours prior or will result in a $25 fee.
